You may choose any one of the following ways to request a copy of your or your student's special education records:
Contact your or your student's current teacher
contact the guidance office at your or your student's current school (middle and high school students)
contact administration at your or your student's current school

You will need to provide the student's full name, date of birth, current school, and whether you want the records mailed or will pick them up in person. Records will be mailed to the address listed in the student database (Powerschool). To pick up requests in person, you must show a valid ID.
Please note there may be a charge to print and mail records.
