My name is Mrs. Kelsey. This is my 9th year at Monroe Elementary.

I have an Elementary and Special Education degree and a master's degree in education administration.

My teaching experience spans over 30 years. I've been a principal, special education teacher, elementary teacher, tutor, and paraprofessional.
