The T.R.E.E., short for "Teacher Resource and Empowerment Exchange," is a teacher resource center dedicated to empowering our district's educators. It's a place where you can find support, inspiration, and a wealth of resources to elevate your teaching and enrich the learning experience of our students.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide a nurturing and innovative environment for your professional development. We believe that by supporting you, our dedicated educators, we can create a positive ripple effect that benefits every student in our district.
What Can You Expect from the T.R.E.E.?
A Wealth of Resources: Access a trove of educational resources, from lesson plans and teaching materials to the latest research and innovative teaching strategies and technologies.
Workshops and Events: Engage in workshops, webinars, and networking events right here at the T.R.E.E. House - our professional development hub located in the R-H High School in Room 201.
Personalized Support: Benefit from personalized instructional resources that align to your goals as an educator. Our team is able to provide you with services which include technology integration, assessment tools and data resources, and a variety of other instructional strategies and approaches.
How Can You Get Involved?
The T.R.E.E. House is YOUR space - both physically in the building but also theoretically - it's the thought processes and the philosophies that drive your instruction and your decision making as educators. Soon you'll be able to visit our page at www.royhart.org/tree, where you can explore our resources, sign up for upcoming events and webinars, and enjoy teacher spotlights on the educators doing great work in our own district. We also plan on leveraging social media platforms to stay updated and connect with fellow educators - stay tuned for those as we roll them out.
We are thrilled to embark on this journey with you, and we can't wait to see the positive impact the T.R.E.E. House will have on our school district. Together, we will inspire and empower the next generation. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us at tree@royhart.org. Your feedback and involvement are crucial as we build this community - we invite you also to help us design material that would be beneficial to your practice by visiting the Google form below.
