The annual budget vote will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, by absentee ballot. Such absentee ballots shall be returned via mail, and the deadline for receipt of such ballots is 5:00 p.m. on June 9, 2020. The District will make a good faith effort to distribute absentee ballots to all qualified voters as required by Executive Order 202.26. If you are a qualified voter and you have not received your absentee ballot by May 29, 2020, please contact the District Clerk at mmasters@royhart.org or telephone at (716) 735-2000 ext. 2318 to request an absentee ballot. A list of persons to whom absentee ballots are issued will be available, upon request, from the office of the District Clerk on the five days preceding the annual District vote, except on Saturday and Sunday.
