Culinary Arts

This course is an immersive, creative experience, where students, the entrepreneur, will develop skills in product design, planning, and data analysis. Not only will students create a business plan, students will present the business plan to a panel of judges, and see the fruits of their labor come to fruition. Do you have what it takes to join the team?

Students enrolled in this course will receive practical, hands-on experience preparing and serving breakfast and lunch for students, faculty, and staff at Phoenix School.  In addition to regular Phoenix kitchen service, students will have the opportunity to prepare and serve meals at local events through our catering service.
