The Communications Department shares the story of what’s happening in Richmond Public Schools with parents, state and local leaders, and the community at large. Using web, digital, social, and traditional media, the Communications team seeks to inform the community of everything happening in RPS by uplifting the amazing work of students and educators.
Media Relations
RPS Communications serves as the point of contact for all media inquiries, including building and photo access. Our media work focuses on sharing the amazing work happening across the Division!
Two-Way Communications
RPS uses several forms of communications, including Remind and RPS Direct, to start conversations with families.
Web & Digital
We seek to inform the public of what’s happening in schools and across Richmond. Our digital efforts focus on sharing information quickly and accurately to build community in Richmond.
Brand & Design
Communications ensures that materials created and shared by RPS provide clear and accurate information.
