Student Conduct and Intervention Dashboard
Per Recommendation 13 of the 15-Point Care & Safety Plan, below is a dashboard that provides student conduct information with the overarching goal of increased transparency and trust as well as a greater understanding of student conduct and the disciplinary process in RPS.
The Student Code of Responsible Ethics (SCORE) is a guide that defines behavior categories and covers disciplinary consequences and interventions that may be prescribed as appropriate. This guide is formulated to encourage good citizenship and to promote positive behavior that will lead to the overall welfare of students. The SCORE ensures that families, students and school personnel are aware of their rights and responsibilities in regard to student conduct. It also standardizes procedures used in responding to specific disciplinary infractions. The goal of the SCORE is to ensure every student has access to a quality education in an environment that is conducive to teaching and learning. A list of levels of interventions and responses can be found on page 10 of the SCORE guide.
