Auxiliary Building:
- New roof
Main Building:
- Building wide window and shade replacement
- Main entry canopy extension
- Building wide replacement of failing interior and exterior doors
- Main entry display/trophy and finish updates
- Update failing stair finishes
- Auxiliary gym backboard upgrades
- Replacement of classroom carpet with vinyl
- Elevator modernization
- Wire glass replacement to current code
- Full replacement of boilers
- Building wide climate control
- Update showers in locker rooms
- Install new water meter
- Remedy moisture issues
- Update existing drinking fountains with bottle fillers
- Replace hot water pumps
- Replace aged radiant covers
- Upgrade any non-LED lighting to LED
- Additional security camera coverage in certain areas
Agriculture Building/Campus:
- Renovations to existing toilet rooms
- Replacement of exterior door into public toilet rooms
- New stand-alone concession stand (including bathrooms) adjacent to softball field
- Update roof structure
- Pave existing main entry and gravel parking area at softball field
- Update crosswalk area with additional signage
- Move baseball field adjacent to softball field
