PHS Transcripts

To obtain a PHS Transcript, please take the following steps:

  1. Go to Community Pass
  2. Enter Organization name:                                                                    Piscataway Community Education, NJ
  3. Create/Log in to your Community Pass account
  4. Select “Browse Activities”
  5. Select “PHS Transcript” and click continue
  6. Follow the prompts to order your PHS Transcripts
