ONLINE PRE-ENROLLMENT BEGINS ON 12/1/23
FOR NEW STUDENTS
Enrollment at Peabody
Complete the Lottery PRE-ENROLLMENT on: www.sbunified.org. Choose the STUDENTS tab, select “Enrollment & Registration”, create email/password, answer the questions, and upload the following 3 documents:
1. Birth Certificate- Acceptable proof of age documents: A certified copy of a birth record, a statement by the local registrar or a county recorder certifying the date of birth, a baptism certificate duly attested, or a passport. When none of the foregoing documents is obtainable, an affidavit of the parent, guardian, custodian of the minor, or any other appropriate means of proving the age of the child as prescribed by the governing board of the school district.
2. Address Verification - (one item is required)
a. current utility bill or
b. current property tax payment receipts or grant deed with county recorder stamp or
c. rent payment receipts or lease or rental contract
3. Immunization records:
5 DTaP, 4 Polio, 3 HepB, 2 MMR, and 2 Varicella
Your student will NOT be officially pre-enrolled until ALL requested documents are uploaded with the Peabody enrollment.
Official Enrollment will take place during the Lottery dates below.

INSCRIPCIÓN EN LÍNEA PARA ESTUDIANTES NUEVOS (En la Área de Asistencia) COMIENZA 12/1/23
Inscripción en Peabody
Complete La Loteria PREINSCRIPCION en LÍNEA en: www.sbunified.org
Elija la tabulación ESTUDIANTES, seleccione "Inscripción y Matriculación," establezca un correo electrónico y contraseña, responda preguntas, y suba los 3 documentos siguientes:
1. Acta de nacimiento: Prueba de la edad, uno de los siguientes: Una copia certificada de una acta de nacimiento o una declaración del registrador local o un registrador del condado que certifique la fecha de nacimiento, o un certificado de bautismo debidamente atestiguado, o un pasaporte, o, cuando ninguno de los anteriores se puede obtener, una declaración jurada del padre, tutor o custodio del menor, o cualquier otro medio apropiado para probar la edad del niño según lo prescrito por la mesa directiva del distrito escolar.
2. Verificación de domicilio (se requiere UNO de los siguientes artículos):
a) factura actual de servicios públicos
b) recibos actuales de pago de impuestos a la propiedad o escritura de concesión con sello del registrador del condado.
c) recibos de pago de alquiler o contrato de arrendamiento o alquiler.
3. Vacunas: 5 DTaP, 4 Polio, 3 HepB, 2 MMR, 2 Varicela
Su estudiante NO estará oficialmente preinscrito hasta que TODOS los documentos solicitados se hayan subido con la inscripción en la escuela Peabody.
La inscripción oficial se llevará a cabo durante las siguientes fechas de la Lotería a continuación:
