Whatever Floats Your Boat

On Tuesday, May 23, 2017, the four AP Environmental Science classes from Pasadena Memorial concluded their final project for the year. Students, in groups of 4 to 6, designed, built, and then raced a boat made from recycled materials in the annual "Whatever Floats Your Boat" challenge. A total of 15 teams participated at the Shippey Aquatic Center in Pasadena. The winning team, The Green Team, won by just a hair, after competing in the quarter finals and semifinals.  A great way to end the year for all!
