Over 600 Carter Lomax Middle School students put on their running shoes and participated in the school’s first ever Race for the Cure event. Students were asked to bring donations that benefited the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer awareness. The one-mile fun run gave students an opportunity to exercise and raise money for the cause.
