SPARKS ES: Texans Mascot 'Toro' Visits Campus

On Wednesday, Sparks Elementary students were treated to a surprise visit by the Houston Texans mascot Toro. Toro, along with some help from a few Texans cheerleaders, gave a presentation about bullying.
