Kathleen Rowland

Mrs. Rowland is a special education teacher has taught in the NCCS district for going on 14 years. She has taught for four years at the middle school and ten years at Mooers Elementary. Mrs. Rowland completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies at SUNY Plattsburgh. Mrs. Rowland enjoys spending time with her three dogs (Nugget, Sammy, and Oscar), as well as traveling to different places both in the United States and abroad with her husband.
