Hello I am Coach Alston, Jr., son of the Original Conway Middle School Physical Education Instructor, Coach Alston, Sr.  I am a lateral entry teacher who is entusiastic about finishing the NC Teach Licensure Course for Physical Education certification.  I graduated from Elizabeth City State University with a B.S in Sports Management.  Shortly after graduation, I became a Certified Personal Trainer in the Raleigh branch of the National Personal Triaining Institute. Also I have an A.A.S in the Physical Therapist Assistant field. Upon returning home I found myself walking into my father's footsteps as a Health/Physical Education Teacher and have done so proudly for two years.  I have worked as an Asst. Coach for the Junior Jags as well as Gaston Middle School Girl's Basketball Asst. Coach.  I am the proud owner of Grind Relentlessly Intensify Training brand.  I look forward to further serving the Northampton County Community and working with each of you as well.
