The following businesses are looking for employees.
Additional questions, stop by the counseling hub, follow the link or call the employer directly.
Yes Whatcom - The YES Whatcom awareness campaign, and this website, create space for families, educators, businesses and policymakers to align with a common goal: To connect youth with local careers while also contributing to the local economy in positive ways.
The Whatcom Business Alliance (WBA) understands that the key to a robust local economy is the availability of a skilled workforce.
With that in mind, WBA launched the Youth Engagement Initiative (YEI) in 2018 to help prepare the emergent workforce and to connect them with local employers.
Under the Youth Engagement Initiative umbrella, a YES Whatcom campaign was created to raise awareness of career options, hands-on learning experiences, paid internships and apprenticeship programs that are available at Whatcom organizations.
