• P     Yes, it is possible to use accents and upside down punctuation on the computer!  Please follow these easy steps to do so:

     

    1.  press the number lock key (like caps lock, but probably found by the

         number pad on the right side of the keyboard)

     

    2.    press and hold the Alt key (either one is fine)

     

                3.  press one of the following codes while holding down the Alt key:

     

      á    160

      é    130

      í     161

      ó    162

      ú    163

      ñ    164

      ¿    168

      ¡     173

                                                   

    P    Be sure to use the number pad on the right side of your keyboard! 

     

    P    Do not use the number line across the top!

     

    P    When you're done, let go of the Alt key and your accent should appear.
