Hello Endeavour Community! My name is Tamara Skeen, and I am so excited to be joining the Eagle Family as your new principal for the 2022-2023 school year. This next year will be my 25th in education. During that time, I've had the opportunity to teach Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, serve as an instructional coach, a math interventionist, Assistant Principal and Principal. From 2015 - 2020, I was the principal of West View Elementary in the Burlington-Edison School District. In 2020, I relocated to Mukilteo and spent the last two "covid years" serving as a 1st and 2nd grade teacher in the Snohomish School District.

No matter the position I'm in, I have a teacher's heart. I believe every single child is a gift and every child is gifted. I am eager to get to know your child and help create a community where they belong, are valued for their unique gifts, and are motivated to grow and learn. I believe this community is created through strong family partnerships. I am excited to know you and partner with you on behalf of your children.

I feel blessed to be a part of Endeavour, and humbled by the opportunity to be a part of your child's journey. I anticipate a great year ahead!
