Dear Parents and Students,

I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all of you as we embark on a new academic year at Yosemite High School. I am honored and excited to work with such an exceptional community of students, parents, and educators.

At Yosemite, our mission is to impart knowledge and foster an environment where every student can flourish and reach their fullest potential. This year, our focus remains on nurturing our students to become Focused, Inquisitive, Resilient, and Empowered individuals.

Focused: We believe that success is born from dedication and determination. We encourage our students to set clear goals, stay committed to their goals, and embrace challenges with unwavering focus. 

Inquisitive: Curiosity is the driving force behind learning. Questions are welcomed and celebrated as we encourage students to explore, inquire, and discover the world around them.

Resilient: Life is filled with ups and downs, and developing resilience is crucial for personal growth. In times of adversity, we aim to equip our students with the emotional strength and problem-solving skills to bounce back stronger. Learning from setbacks is as valuable as celebrating successes.

Empowered: At the core of our educational philosophy lies in empowering our students. We endeavor to provide them with the tools, resources, and support necessary to take charge of their learning journey.
