The state of Indiana has updated its guidelines for COVID-19 vaccinations and those 5 or older are eligible. For more information on eligibility, please click the following link - www.ourshot.in.gov.

  • If you are eligible, you may follow the directions on the website above or simply click the following link to schedule your appointment – https://vaccine.coronavirus.in.gov.  You may also call 211 from your home phone or cell phone. 

  • If you have questions about the vaccination process, please call representatives from the state of Indiana at 211, or contact the Hancock Health Covid hotline at 317-325-COVD (2683).
