Accepted and Not Accepted Documents

  • Proof of legal Settlement of a residential building agreement.  This would be if a person is building a home in our district.  This also can be called a “Building Agreement.”
  • Rental Agreement/Rental lease, these can be up to 60 pages long.  We only need the pages that have name, address and date on them.
  • Property tax statement, with an upcoming due date.  
  • Voter registration card.
  • TWO (2) DIFFERENT types of utility bills, dated within 60 days of submission, uploaded in a single file/image.

  • Medical Bill/Vet Bill
  • Insurance Statements (home, auto, medical, dental, life)
  • HOA Bill
  • Any unopened envelope of any kind
  • Disconnect Notices
  • Dr.’s Notifications
  • Junk Mail
  • Medicaid/WIC paperwork
  • Banking information, IE:bank statement, credit card statement, blank check
