Welcome to MBHS Theatre Department!
-
We are so excited about our 2022-2023 season!
Another year together! Our department is growing by the day as new students are being exposed to the performing arts at MBHS! Our plan continues to bring new light to our department and new faces as well! Theatre has always been the melting pot of the arts. So many students with a range of talents being in one space at one time, sharing the same story to inspire audiences. That is our goal! We welcome all students to be a part of something bigger!
A few things to keep in mind...
We want to welcome ANY and ALL MBHS students to audition for our productions!
Students do not have to be enrolled in a theatre course!
Extracurricular productions will work after each school day.
We will work with your schedule as much as possible to have you be involved with our productions, whether it be onstage or backstage! It takes an army for any one person to be in the spotlight! We welcome all!
Our Mission:
Our purpose in theatre is to create a welcoming, non-exclusionary, positive student community. Our department produces quality, student-driven projects and shows that explore stories and emotions that build essential skills and talents in both acting and technical theatre.
