Mrs. Strickland, teaches 8th Grade Regular and Advanced Ancient & Medieval World History at Mountain Brook Junior High. She has a B.S. in History from Auburn University and a Master's in Secondary Education from UAB.

In her spare time Mrs. Strickland enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and blue heeler pup, Arya. As a History lover, Ancient and Medieval History is her absolute favorite!! She has traveled to twelve different countries and seen many of the historical sites and artifacts first hand. 

Mrs. Strickland teaches 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th periods.

Planning periods are 2nd & 5th period.
