Ms. Emily Eustace

Ms. Eustace is beginning her sixth year in education, while starting her third year as a teacher within the Mountain Brook School system. She grew up in north Alabama, graduating from Scottsboro High School in 2013. After high school, Ms. Eustace attended Samford University on a Track and Field scholarship. Within athletics, she obtained four Southern Conference championships while competing as a heptathlete, pole-vaulter, and javelin thrower. In relation to academics, she majored in Elementary and Special Education.

Ms. Eustace completed her first year post-graduation at Crestline Elementary as a special education aide, before transferring the following year to Pelham Park Middle School. She then enrolled in courses at the University of Alabama at Birmingham to obtain her Master’s degree in Special Education while teaching. After two years of teaching both general education and special education at Pelham, Ms. Eustace returned to Mountain Brook City Schools to begin the 2020-2021 academic school year as a seventh grade special education teacher. Ms. Eustace is also the 7th Grade Girls Head Basketball Coach and the 7th Grade Girls Assistant Volleyball Coach at MBJH!

Ms. Eustace currently lives in Irondale, AL with her dog, Noah, and her cat, Nash. In her spare time, she enjoys managing her small crafting business, visiting with her family and friends, spending time outdoors, and traveling. She is extremely passionate about providing all of her students with the opportunities that they deserve, while also guiding them to become the absolute best version of themselves!
