Mrs. Whitney Voltz is a College Advisor who serves students in the last half of the alphabet, letters L – Z.  She provides counsel to students and parents concerning preparation for college and the college application & admissions process.  Her passion is helping students find the right college fit for their future.

Whitney is originally from Richmond, Virginia, and moved south for college.  She is a two time graduate from Auburn University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Public School Counseling.  Prior to joining the College Advising Team at Mountain Brook High School, Whitney worked for many years as a high school counselor in the Birmingham area.

Outside of school, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two sons and her dog, Penny.
