The Goals of the Mountain Brook Junior High softball program are:

• Instill a competitive environment in all aspects of the program

• Create a culture of discipline and respect around the community regarding the program

• Teach our athletes how to play the game through fundamental drills and repetition of skills in each practice

• Utilize effective and engaging practice plans

• Challenge our athletes with adversity IN PRACTICE each day
