Purpose

The purpose of the Mountain Brook Choral Department is to develop young men and women of strong character into leaders in their school, community and the professional world through the study, rehearsal and performance of quality choral music at the highest levels of achievement. 

The Mountain Brook Choral Department consists of 10th-12th Grade Students performing as members of: Women's Choir, Chamber Choir during the day; and A Bunch of Guys and Una Voce before school.

Members of the Choir are also athletes, band members, dancers, cheerleaders and student leaders and are heavily involved in the community.

Strong emphasis is placed on sight-singing skills and exposure to the immense world of awesome choral music and singing.
