Northview Elementary Students & Families, 

Welcome to the 23-24 school year! We are looking forward to kicking off the new school year with each and every one of you. Our theme for the year is: Get in the Game, inspiring us all to embrace challenges, unlock our potential, and make a positive impact. At Northview Elementary, we believe that education is more than just academics; it is about preparing students for the game of life. This year, we invite you to join us in stepping onto the field, ready to face challenges, and equipped with the skills and mindset to become true game changers. 

“Get in the Game” embodies the spirit of participation, resilience, teamwork, and innovation. It encourages students to actively engage in their learning, embrace new opportunities, and take risks. We want each of our students to discover passion, develop talent, and push limits to reach new heights in their year ahead. 

We have an exceptional team of dedicated educators who are committed to supporting our students and families throughout our upcoming school year. The support of our community and families is essential to the success of our school community. We encourage open communication and invite you to attend school events and explore volunteer opportunities. As we grow together, we can celebrate achievements, learn from setbacks, and inspire one another. 

Kindergarten families make plans to join us for our Jumpstart opportunity on August 7th from 8:30-11:30. To register you may complete the google form on Facebook or call our school at (859) 497-8703. Kindergarten parents will return at 11:00 that day for a parent meeting to review school logistics for the 1st day! You will have the opportunity for a Q&A time with myself, Ms. Lansdale (Assistant Principal), Ms. Robinson (School Counselor), Mrs. Vinson (Attendance Clerk), and Ms. Shillington (FRC Director). 

All K-5 families, join us for Open House on August 10th from 4:30-6:30 and get ready to put on your game face to grow, discover and succeed. Let’s make this year one for the record books! Go KNIGHTS!
