Enroll at MPS

Our enrollment process has moved online.  To begin a new enrollment at Millbury Public Schools, please begin by creating an Aspen account on a PC or Mac at: https://ma-millbury.myfollett.com/aspen.  Once you have your account created, you can continue the registration process, or you may continue the online registration on Mobile (Cellphone, tablet, etc...) at https://ma-millbury.myfollett.com/aspen-go

Finally, your child’s previous school will need to provide the following, which will be requested once the Records Release Form is received signed: 

• Complete transcript
• MA Transfer Card (if transferring from a Massachusetts school)
• Discipline Record
• MCAS scores (if transferring from a Massachusetts school)

The Millbury Public Schools is now accepting School Choice applications for the 2024-2025 school year in grades 7-12.

Kindergarten

Kindergarten registration is now open for children that will be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2025. Registration will be done in-person at the Elmwood Street School. March 5 & 6, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., then 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., both days. You may obtain a registration packet at the school.

1. If your child attends the Elmwood Street School preschool, you will receive a separate letter and form to fill out. The following information is required for new registrations:
2. Your child’s birth certificate
3. Three Proofs of Millbury residency: signed rental lease or recent proof of mortgage payment, utility bill AND photo ID
4. Physical Exam Report: must be done between Sept. 1, 2023 and Sept.1, 2024, per state law
5. Immunization records as follows: 5 DTaP, 4 Polio, 2 MMR, 3 HepB, 2 Varicella. amd 1 lead test
6. Legal paperwork, if applicable
