      1. Aide Support

      2. Update Technology - chrome cart, chrome books, update teacher computers

      3. Provide PLC time for teachers - provide 2 half days during the school year for afternoon collaboration. This will cost roughly $4000. There will be one day prior to the school year allocated for curriculum development for the upcoming year, facilitating more efficient grade level PLC(Professional Learning Committee) practices

      4. Reading Goal: Using the Acadience Reading assessment, K-3rd grade students will achieve 10% growth on composite reading score from the beginning of the year assessment to the end of the year assessment. Using the Wonders Comprehension Measurement tool, 4th - 6th grade students will achieve 65% proficiency on the end of the year assessment

        1. Cindy will look at previous years Acadience growth to make sure that the goal is reasonable. The hope is to have 1-2% higher growth than previous years

        2. Change from looking at the middle of the year scores to the end of the year scores

        3. Wonders Comprehension Measurement tool will be new next year. We might need to alter the goal as we start using the program

      5. Math Goal: Using iReady Diagnostic as student growth measure, students will exceed 57% median progress toward typical growth by the end of the academic school year.

        1. The math data we had for this year was not accurate. Cindy will work to get better data to make sure that 57% median progress is a realistic goal

        2. Change from looking at the middle of the year to the end of the year scores
