    Discussion Items:

    ● Select Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary

    ○ Secretary: Lynn Ringer

    ■ All nominations were seconded with no one opposing the motions.

     

    ● Set date/day of the week for meetings

    ● Review TL Plan

    ○ Basically a renewal of last year’s plan. We are aware that there is a chance of not meeting the goals due to the loss of ground in student reading achievement due to the school dismissal. Our primary goal is for students to feel afe, healthy and happy this year, and to make as much academic growth as they can.

    ● Review TL Allocations

    ○ Reviewed all categories and planned expenditures and the relationship to our goals.

    ● Review TSSA Plan

    ○ Goals reviewed.

    There are 4:

    ■ Support ELL students with 2 paras assisting them in Tier 1 (main classroom Math/Reading/Science)

    ■ Pay for a full-time counselor

    ■ Support student reading achievement with 2 additional reading paras hired.

    ■ Math fact fluency supported by the use of the Reflex Math program in grades 2-3.

    ● Review TSSA Allocations

    ○ All expenditures match the goals they are written for.
