    Rules of Order and Procedure:

We read and reviewed the Rules of Order and Procedure and all agree.

    Title One:

    School-Parent-Student Compact:

Before COVID our funds were mainly for free/reduced lunch.
We have encouraged parents to apply for it, because if we go in the hole we (the school) have to find the funds to cover it.
PUSH for the community to apply for it!

You can apply for it... No matter what! ONLINE-
Secretaries are the only ones who know if you have it

**Idea from Kaitlyn: have a computer set up during back to school night to give them time to apply or have a QR code card

    Teacher Responsibilities —>
    Parent Responsibilities—>
    Student Responsibilities—>

Gives everyone a chance to take ownership

    Chat about Security:

    A learning curve
Bring license/ID to the door (forget wallet…?) –

Kathy will bring this idea back-

Tim and Gary are going to do podcasts… Is this a good idea to have them talk about the ID—

Staff training with SGT. Tanner went over different protocols
How will parents know if the school gets evacuated? SwiftK12 system
    Is our safety plan online???
