    Goal #1:

    As a school, by the end of the 2020-2021 school year, 80% of our students will be proficient
    (80% or higher) on the Spring End of Year GoMath Assessment.

    Academic Area:

    Reading/Mathematics/Writing/Technology/Science/Social Studies

    Measurements:

    End of year Go-Math Assessment
    All teachers will report summative GoMath data at the end of each math chapter. Teams will
    use this data during their Professional Learning Communities to guide reteaching,.....

    Action Plan Steps:

    Model Drawing - Tammy Groll Explained
    Reflex math ($3300)
    Extend computer lab time (haven’t done this this year/paid para)
           -Ways to find a person to cover lab time: teacher, parent (let parents know about the need)
    Teacher PLC’s regarding math
    Aides ($31000/math aides) and Stem Teacher
    STEM supplies ($3000/Maker Cart + school $)

    ***We NEED to find out SEED standards to clearly articulate our instruction***

    Goal #2:

    As a school 85% of K-4 students will demonstrate proficiency Acadience Composite Spring
    5th and 6th grades 70% of our students will reach proficiency RI.

    Action Steps:

    Chromebook lab & cart for 30 students $10,539
           -Computers need to be replaced after 6 years. We need to replace/purchase a lab every year.
    Tier 2 instruction ($500++++)
    Software: Scholastic, Starfall, Follett ($4800---additional reading software was never purchased
       such as Lexia, 1XL, etc….computer time before/after school para)
    PLC Conference & LIM (@$13000) & Mindfulness
           -Registration, substitute teachers, travel, meal, hotel
