• Mrs. Duvall’s Suggested Donations List 2024-25

     

    This is a suggested donations list for our classroom.  Some supplies will stay with your child at their desk.  Others will be put into a community container and brought out when we need them.  ANY donations you can give are greatly appreciated!  The following are a few things that are needed:


    Personal student supplies: 

    • Box of crayons-24 count are perfect
    • 2 inch binder for a 2nd grade scrapbook
    • 2 inch WHITE binder for Leader in Me 
    • Water bottle to be kept in cubby
    • Backpack for daily use
    • Earbuds or Headphones Labeled with name on tape. 
    • Please choose a set that is comfortable for your child’s ear

    Collected for our classroom community: 

    • Black expo markers
    • Glue sticks – Children use them up very quickly!
    • White glue
    • Boxes of regular #2 pencils (sharpen them if you can!)
    • Kleenex
    • Clorox wipes- We clean our room OFTEN to avoid spreading germs and illness.  
    • Ziploc bags- snack, sandwich or gallon size
    • Markers and colored pencils 
    • Snacks-once a month-crackers, cereal, fruit snacks etc.
    • Band-aids 

     

    Please do not send pens, pencil sharpeners, twist up crayons or large boxes of crayons to school.  I would feel bad if students’ special things were lost at school, so please leave them at home.
