Utimate Frisbee Registration Form

Fall 2024

Students have the option to participate in the Ultimate Frisbee Club or Club & Competitive.

Who can participate?
- Grades 3-8
- All genders, identities, and abilities welcome
- Max 30-35 students
- Minimum Nine (9) 7th & 8th graders to form a middle school competitive team
- Minimum Nine (9) elementary (5th & 6th grade) students to form an older elementary competitive team
- Minimum Nine (9) elementary (3rd & 4th grade) students to form a younger elementary competitive team

Practices:
- Once a week on Tuesdays from 3:45pm-5:30pm @ LCMCS (Civic Dr. location) for non-competitive and competitive players
- Sept. 3rd - Oct. 29th (9 weeks)
