Prevailing Wage Act
P.A. 100-0154 became effective in August 2017 and amended the Prevailing Wage Act. It provides that if the Department of Labor determines the prevailing wage rate for a public body, that public body may post notice of the determination of prevailing wages on its website (rather than in a newspaper) with a link to the prevailing wage schedule for the locality that is published on the Department of Labor's website.
