Kyle Little has 10 years of experience in education including one year as a paraprofessional, three years of teaching experience, three years as a math facilitator, and three years as an assistant principal. He graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He received a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Houston-Victoria.
Robin Stover has 14 years of experience in education including eight years of teaching experience, two years as a bilingual/ESL coach, and four years as an assistant principal. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She received a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Dr. Troy Bethley has 24 years of experience in education, including seven years of teaching, nine years as an assistant principal, and eight years as a principal. He graduated from Southern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in 1998. He graduated from the University of North Texas-Denton with a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership in 2006 and 2017, respectively.
Carla Thomas has 15 years of experience in education, including five years of teaching, one year as an assistant principal, and nine years as a principal. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2007. Ms. Thomas received a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston-Victoria in 2011.
