The 2023-2024 Keystone Oaks Middle School Program of Studies is available on the right-hand side of this webpage. In preparation for the upcoming school year, parents/guardians with students currently in 6th and 7th grades are invited to attend Keystone Oaks Middle School's Scheduling Night on Thursday, February 2, beginning at 6:30 pm. Materials will be made available online following Scheduling Night.
As we begin to prepare for the 2023-2024 school year, teachers have been making recommendations for courses that students should take when they advance to the next grade level. Parents/guardians may decide to go against the recommendation and have their child accelerate to the next course level if they feel that the child is ready for the challenge. To do so:
- Please reach out to your child's teacher to discuss acceleration.
- The teacher will refer this to the student's school counselor and they will provide a waiver form for you to complete.
- Please send the complete waiver via email to Dr. Kattan - [email protected] - so that a meeting can be arranged to discuss the acceleration.
- Acceleration may require school work to be completed over the summer. All work will be accessible online and will also include virtual meetings with a teacher. Additional details will be provided near the end of the school year.
