Learning is always in season at the award-winning Stapleton Elementary School Nature Center! This on-campus habitat for learning features a butterfly garden, vegetable garden, geology area, weather station, bridges, ponds, flowers, trees, and birds. The Nature Center gives Stapleton students terrific opportunities to learn about nature and science first-hand.

The Stapleton Nature Center is a winner of the Making-Learning-Come-Alive Award of Excellence from the Southwest Center for Educational Excellence and of the Phi Delta Kappa/ KODE-TV Outstanding Educational Program Award.
