My name is Ashlan Smith, and I am a 2010 graduate of Slocomb High School.  I received a Bachelor of Science in English Language Arts Education from Troy University in 2015. Additionally, I received a Master of Science in English Language Arts Education in 2018. 

 

I began my teaching career in 2015, and I have thoroughly enjoyed being at Rehobeth High School for the last several years. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with junior varsity and varsity cheerleaders. I am always proud to see my students pursue something they are passionate about outside of the classroom.  

 

My husband and I reside in Dothan, Alabama with our dog Quinn. I enjoy traveling, especially to the beach and to the lake, exercising, reading, watching Alabama football and Atlanta Braves baseball, and spending time with my family and friends.
