Parents if your child will be trying out for a sport or playing a sport next year they will have to have a DragonFly Max account. This can be found online@ max.dragonflyathletics.com
Please do all tabs ELECTRONICALLY! The back side of the Physical with a Drs. signature has to be uploaded. Your birth certificate and copy of the FRONT of your insurance card that shows insured person's name must also be uploaded. -
