Mr. Helms has been employed by the Houston County School System since 1999.

Mr. Helms was born in Dothan, Alabama and is a 1991 graduate of Northview High School.  He began his teaching career in 1999 at Webb Elementary School.  He is married to Amie Pemberton Helms and they have two children.  His hobbies include yard work, reading, and Alabama football.  Roll Tide!
