Hello! I'm Miss Gethers and I absolutely love being a teacher!!! I am originally from South Carolina and moved here with my family my Senior year in High School. I received my Associates at Wallace Community College, my Bachelors at Troy and My Masters at Grand Canyon University.I started teaching 1st grade at Rehobeth and I enjoyed  every bit of that for 5 years.

I realized at the end of my fifth year, I wanted a change in my teaching career. I prayed and God answered, so I am currently teaching 3rd grade and with it being challenging it is also rewarding! This is now my 10th year teaching and in that time, I've had some great students and interns which has  helped me learn many things throughout these years. I am a proud Mother of the sweetest and happiest little boy, his name is Landon and he's my joy! Teaching is in my heart and I'm blessed to be a part of RES!
