All parents and guardians of students who plan to attend Hopewell City Public Schools in the 24-25 school year must have a Parent Portal account. A Parent Portal account allows you to complete required summer registration forms as well as provide access to your student(s) information such as attendance and grades throughout the school year. We are also working on several Parent Portal self-service options to simplify and reduce the time required for routine communications and updates. Schools will be sending information with your student about the Parent Portal. You can also visit our website for Parent Portal Information, instructions and access as well as information regarding the summer registration process.

This serves as a notice that there will be a Hopewell City School Board School Board Meeting on Thursday, May 9th at 7:30pm. This meeting is open to the public.

Join us for the HHS Choir's 9th Annual Cabaret Performance on Tuesday, May 7th at 6:30 PM in the HHS Cafeteria! Enjoy an evening of singing and breakfast-themed refreshments. Tickets are $5 for admission only, and $15 for admission plus buffet. Get your tickets from Mrs. Marsh-Coreas or any HHS choir student. Buffet tickets must be reserved by May 1st. Don’t miss out!

There have recently been a few questions about May 1st as an instructional day due to information on an out-of-date calendar. May 1st is a regular school day for staff and students. You can always find our up-to-date instructional calendar on our division website

This serves as a notice that the Hopewell City School Board and Hopewell City Council will convene on Tuesday, April 30th at 7:00pm to conduct a joint budget work session. This session is open to the public.
