HCPS Families, please note the following changes to our calendar/instruction:
- March 1 is a virtual-only instruction day for Woodlawn Learning Center, Dupont, Harry E. James, Patrick Copeland, and New Hope Academy. The last day of learning pods in these schools was February 26. On March 1, virtual instruction at these schools will be asynchronous in most classes. Teachers will provide clarification for their classes.
- March 1 is a standard day for Carter G. Woodson and Hopewell High School. Learning pods will continue to run at these schools until March 12.
- March 5 was previously listed as an early release for parent/teacher conferences. This is no longer true. The school day will run as normal per each schools' schedule on March 5 and teachers will reach out with more information regarding parent/teacher conferences.
