HOBART HIGH SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONS

FTA -	Two smorgasbords a year. Members earn points by attending and helping with smorgasbords and bringing food. Points go towards scholarships for Seniors. Dues are $5.
CHOIR -	A musical ensemble of singers. Holds a few concerts, and there are no dues.
FFA -	Helps the next generation rise up to meet challenges by helping its members to develop their own unique talents and explore their interests in a broad range of career pathways. Scholarships are given to hard working livestock exhibitors and hard working students. There are no dues.
ACADEMIC TEAM -	Group of students who compete in academic competitions. Attend many academic bowls. There are no dues.
STUDENT COUNCIL -	A group of students who are assembled to represent the student body as a whole. The primary responsibility of student-council members is to bring the voice of the masses to school administrators. Council members are also charged with organizational activities. Responsible for singing valentines and spirit week. There are no dues.
OK/NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY -	OKLAHOMA: students who are in the Top 10% of their class. NATIONAL: Students must apply and be accepted into this honor society. There are no dues.
JR. MAIN STREET -	Students are involved in various community service projects throughout the year, including the Big Bang Project. The dues are $10 and includes a t-shirt.
MULTIMEDIA -	The multimedia class at HHS is in charge of designing the K-8 and High School yearbooks, maintaining and updating the district webpage, producing programs for sports events and other organizations, and any other media needs of the community. There are no dues.
SPEECH -	A class that entertains people with drama and enjoys doing it. Competes in several competitions, can qualify for State speech competition, and puts on a play. They are responsible for HS talent show and also have a dinner and a demo. The dues are $5.
MATH CLUB -	Have an annual car tag sale. Scholarships are given to seniors in Math Club. The dues are $5.
BAND -	Group of musicians who play together and works hard together. The band also performs at the football games and puts on concerts. There are no dues.
FCCLA -	Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. They go on trips, and help with the elementary principals party. The dues are $5.
AP CLUB -	They pay for the AP tests at the end of the year. The dues are $5.
FCA -	The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. They have morning bible studies in the library. You DO NOT have to be an athlete to be in this club. The dues are $5.
Art Club -	Art Club is for the students who enjoy art. Dues are $5.
