English III 

This year the primary focus will be on reading for comprehension and developing writing skills.  We will read a variety works including but not limited to poetry, news articles and novels.  Different aspects of grammar will also be studied such as sentence structure, subject pronound agreemt and vocab.   Students will also produce their own writings in the form of short essays, summaries, .
