Superintendent’s Message
On behalf of our inspiring teachers and hardworking staff members, I am so excited to welcome all our new and returning students. The 2023-24 school year is well underway, our students are thriving and learning, and we welcome visitors and prospective students to all four of our schools.
This year, GTA has expanded its athletics program, its digital arts program, and is providing more internship and learning opportunities in the Vallejo community.
State and local authorities have recently given GTA schools a clean bill of health on everything from governance to facilities to finances, and our award winning academic programs are preparing students for college and career at higher and higher rates.
Student service hours and mandatory participation in work-based learning opportunities are two of the areas that set GTA students apart. Our work-based learning team is hard at work creating new opportunities for our students, and we welcome community partners to contact us with ideas.
Great things are happening at GTA and our schools! We want this to be a rewarding year at GTA for all our students, families, and staff, and your involvement and input are important. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
If you are considering enrolling your student at one of our GTA Schools, be sure to email our Enrollment Coordinator for more information or to schedule a personal tour.
In service,
Nick Driver
