On Tuesday, December 19, voters in the Germantown Central School District approved a Capital Project referendum 128 (yes) to 89 (no).
The referendum will invest $13.9 million into health and safety, and critical building needs. To learn about the full scope of the project, click here.
“Thank you to the community members who came out to vote for this capital project. This work will address critical building deficiencies and prioritize safety and accessibility for our students and staff,” Superintendent Benjamin Bragg said.
In the coming months, architects will prepare plans for the project which will be submitted to the State Education Department for approval.
