The Board of Education of the Germantown Central School District invites proposals to provide a contract for “Legal Counsel”. Two (2) signed copies of proposals with all supporting documentation must be submitted in clearly labelled envelope to Germantown Central School District, 123 Main St, Germantown, New York, 12526 Attn: Rebecca Van Alstyne, RFP & Proposal Coordinator by 12 pm Thursday, May 25, 2023. Proposals must be completed in full and include all requested documentation.
A copy of the Request for Proposal, general information and conditions, and specifications may be obtained from the District Business Office at 123 Main St, Germantown, New York, 12526 or by email at rvanalstyne@germantowncsd.org. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to waive any informalities discovered within.
